These Terms of Service govern your use of GarageDoorForm.com and the GarageForm software service. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

GarageForm is software for garage-door businesses that provides a customizable interactive lead form, installation or embed options, and lead-delivery features. GarageForm does not provide garage-door repair, installation, or other home services and is not a party to transactions between a subscribing business and its customers.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content, contact information, and business information you configure.

Subscription and Billing

The GarageForm plan is offered at the price displayed at checkout, currently $19.99 per month unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Paddle processes checkout, billing, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment methods.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription so that it does not renew for a future billing period. Cancellation does not ordinarily reverse charges already incurred. Access may continue through the paid billing period, subject to account status and these terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not use GarageForm for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with platform security; distribute malicious code; or misuse customer information collected through the service.

Customer Leads and Compliance

Subscribers are responsible for how they contact, serve, and communicate with their customers and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, and communications laws. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for information you submit to GarageForm.

Availability and Changes

We may maintain, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimer and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. GarageForm does not guarantee a particular number of leads, bookings, sales, rankings, or business results. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
