Refund & Cancellation Policy

GarageForm is a subscription software service for garage-door businesses. This policy explains cancellations and refund requests for GarageForm subscriptions.

Monthly Subscription

GarageForm is currently offered at $19.99 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. Canceling does not ordinarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already started, and you may retain access through the end of the paid period where applicable.

Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error, experienced duplicate billing, or have another billing problem, contact us promptly at support@garagedoorform.com. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant-of-record/payment provider. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method in accordance with the payment processor's procedures and applicable requirements.

After Cancellation

When paid access ends, subscription-only GarageForm functionality may become unavailable, including serving the live form or other account features that require an active subscription.
