GarageForm provides interactive lead-form software for garage-door service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you visit GarageDoorForm.com, create an account, subscribe, or use a GarageForm-powered form.
Information We Collect
We may collect account and business information such as your name, business email, company name, phone number, website, login credentials, subscription status, and form customization settings. When a homeowner submits a GarageForm-powered service request, the form may collect their name, phone number, email address, service address, garage-door issue, symptoms, requested timing, door size, and an optional photo.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and secure the service, deliver service-request details to the applicable garage-door company, manage accounts and subscriptions, provide customer support, maintain the platform, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
Subscription checkout and billing are processed by Paddle. GarageForm does not directly store full payment-card details. Paddle processes payment information under its own privacy practices.
